What is a CIF or a CRN?
Your CIF (Customer Identification Field) or CRN (Customer Registration Number) and your Access Code obtained when you register for internet and phone banking enable you to access your account.
The CIF is a 9 digit number, this was sent to you when your loan settled.
If you have registered for online banking or phone banking login now.
If you would like to register and obtain your Access Code please call 13 14 55.
The CRN is a 6 digit number.
If you have registered for phone banking you will have a CRN and an Access Code (Telecode) so you can register now for online banking or login.
